Appointments
***In line with national guidance I will now be offering therapy using online platforms and/or telephone while coronavirus (COVID-19) measures are in place. It has been a difficult decision as I prefer to meet with clients face to face but I am mindful of the current health risks to us all. I will look forward to welcoming clients back to my practice once it is safe to do so.***
I offer appointments on Thursdays and Fridays, I also have availability on other weekdays in the evening.
The first session is charged at £20, after that I charge £40 for individual therapy sessions (60 minutes) and £60 for couples (90 minutes). I am also able to offer group therapy (usually 6 - 8 people per group) for those wishing to explore aspects of themselves and how they relate in a group setting, this is at a cost of £25 for 120 minutes.
Sessions normally take place from my therapy room in Derby, it is easily accessible from the following places:

I can also offer online counselling sessions, if this is something you are interested in we would initially arrange to meet face to face to see whether this would be an appropriate way to work together. This would normally be offered via Zoom.
I would ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment so I can take on other work, if there is less than 48 hours before we are due to meet I will require payment in full for the session.
I accept payment by cash and by bacs (to be paid prior to our session)
